One day, while biking to work, I was listening to the opening keynote of the Figma Convention (Config) and was struck by the creative use of shapes to spell out "Config." This inspired me to experiment and create an entire alphabet using the Figma logo. I found the process fun and thought-provoking and wanted to share my creation with others.
I know what you're thinking, "Keithen, this looks aweful, why would you present it in this way?" To this I say:
"...'There's no harm in talking to yourself, but try to avoid telling yourself jokes you've heard before.' - Ashleigh Brilliant..."
But in all seriousness, there is a reason Figma's logo is only an "F" and not all 5 letters in this style, like this:
I mean come on... Does that look like a brand Adobe wants to kill for $20 billion? No... that looks like something designed by an amateur who rode their bike to work while watching Config... or by a designer you found for $50 on Fiverr.
After that idea I did what any rational person would do, try to write things with it. If you can read these, you're lying to yourself. I'm here for you, but please seek help.
I promise you, this is the end of the article.
